We process the data you provide through the contact form (name, email and the content of your message) and technical data generated during navigation (device type, browser and pages visited), always in line with the consent granted for the corresponding cookies.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use the data solely to (i) respond to your information request, (ii) send you confirmations related to your request, and (iii) maintain the security and correct operation of the platform. The main legal basis is your consent and the controller's legitimate interest in managing the communication.
4. Retention period
Data provided through the form is retained for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months from the last interaction, unless a longer statutory retention obligation applies. Technical data linked to optional cookies is retained for the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy.
